Business-to-Business Returns & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all sales made by Blush Wholesale Ltd to business customers (B2B). By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade or profession.
As we operate as a wholesale supplier, all sales are final and the consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (General)
For business customers:

Blush Wholesale Ltd does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Over-ordering
- Unsold stock

Customer resale issues
- We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.
All B2B sales are final, except where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods arrive damaged or appear faulty:
- You must notify Blush Wholesale Ltd in writing within 3 working days of delivery.

- Your business name and order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or fault

A brief description of the issue
We will assess your claim and may request that goods are returned for inspection.
If we confirm a fault or damage existing at the time of delivery, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the goods; or
- Replace the goods; or
- Issue a credit note or partial refund for the affected items only.
4. Incorrect Items Supplied
If you believe Blush Wholesale Ltd has supplied incorrect items:
- You must notify us in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
- Do not use, open or resell the goods.
- We may arrange collection or ask you to return the goods.
Once confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Send the correct items; or
- Issue a credit note or refund for the incorrect items only.
5. Conditions for Any Approved Returns
Where Blush Wholesale Ltd specifically agrees in writing to accept a return:
- Goods must be unused, unopened and in original, resaleable packaging.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of our written approval, unless otherwise agreed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance, sale or reduced items
- Custom, made-to-order or personalised products
- Goods that have been opened, used, relabelled or not stored correctly
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- The liability of Blush Wholesale Ltd in respect of any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or resale of the goods.
8. Business Customer Responsibilities
As a business customer of Blush Wholesale Ltd, you are responsible for:
- Checking that order confirmations and invoices are correct before making payment
- Inspecting goods on delivery and notifying us promptly of any issues
- Ensuring goods are suitable for your intended purpose and for your end customers
